About The Band

EXIT are a hard-hitting Anthemic Melodic Rock, Pop/Rock band from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Formed by cousins Chris Logan (who won UK musician Of The Year in 2002) and Shane Watters.

The band consists of Tristan Harris (lead Vocals), Chris Logan (Guitars, backing Vocals), Andy Morgan (Bass guitar, backing Vocals), Shane Watters (Drums, Percussion, backing Vocals).

The band have released two EPs, the first EP achieved mass radio airplay, reviews and helped lauch the band. Around this time the band also became one of the first unsigned bands to be featured on the main "A" playlist of CoolFM radio after receiving great listener feedback and requests for the track. The track was also featured on the compilation album Sounds Of Northern Ireland, which was released by indie label MusicBest Records.

Since its formation, the band has been gigging constantly in all the major venues in Ireland, UK and Europe, developing an unmissable live show. Live shows have consisted of everything from the usual club circuit gigs, radio station showcases and outdoor music festivals. The band have also supported several major acts such as "Twin Atlantic", "Starsailor", "Journey South", "Aslan" and also completed a fully fledged self-funded tour of the UK. The band have also won countless Battle Of The Bands competitions. Most noteably, in the global search for the world's best unsigned band run by US record label BodogMusic. After winning several live heats of the competition, including the All-Ireland finals EXIT were chosen to represent Ireland in the UK finals. The band ended up placed 8th in the overall "world" rankings of the competition.

The bands repuation as an unmissable live act recently brought the band to the attention of Kerrang Magazine who done a feature on the band rewarding them an amazing four "K's" (out of 5) for a live review stating "Exit's enormous, stadium-seeking choruses, completely dwarf the venue... These guys could be huge"

EXIT celebrated the release of their Second 'self-titled' EP with a sold out "EP Launch" gig in Belfast's Spring And Airbrake. Due to major positive reviews from the likes of Classic Rock Magazine, Hotpress, MusicReview, Irish News and other mass media support the album has went on to sell over 2000 copies. The band recently released the music Video for the single "Label Girl". This video has gotten great freedback and achieved amazing success on youtube where it gained over "30 Thousand" hits on the video in only 10 days, demonstrating the bands growing global fanbase.
